Advance Capital is pleased to announce the sale of 100% of the railway business of OTEKO Group to one of the largest Russian rail operators, NefteTransService.

As part of the deal, OTEKO’s railway business was sold, including a fleet of more than 14,000 tank cars as well as the railcar maintenance facility SFAT-Ryazan. Following the deal, NefteTransService became the largest operator in the market by the number of owned tank cars, with its total railcar fleet increasing by nearly one quarter.

Advance Capital acted as the exclusive investment advisor to OTEKO Group.

The deal value is not disclosed.
