Advance Capital is pleased to announce the sale to Gazprom-Media of MaximaTelecom’s 49% stake in Quant, a joint venture operating in the AdTech, big data, and digital advertising segments. As a result of the deal, Gazprom-Media has become the sole owner of Quant.
The deal represents a continuation of Gazprom-Media’s digital development strategy and is expected to further strengthen the holding’s technological capabilities and expertise in AdTech and next-generation marketing technologies, as well as reinforce its position in the digital advertising market.
Advance Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to MaximaTelecom.
