Advance Capital is pleased to announce the sale of a 75% stake in Lavna Oil Terminal, a company developing a shore support base for offshore projects at the Lavna terminal located on the western shore of the Kola Bay. The investor was a subsidiary of Rosneft, which, as a result of the deal, obtained a platform for the development of its Arctic projects.

Advance Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Sintez Petroleum.

The deal value is not disclosed.
