Advance Capital is pleased to announce the sale of a 100% stake in Severen-Telecom to North-West Telecom.

Severen-Telecom is a major provider of broadband internet access and fixed-line telephony services for corporate clients in Saint Petersburg and several cities of the Leningrad Region. The company serves more than 2,700 corporate customers and telecom operators. SeverEn-Telecom owns one of the most extensive fiber-optic networks in Saint Petersburg and its suburbs, with a total length exceeding 1,200 km, and has a presence in 210 business centers. The company’s own numbering capacity amounts to 27,820 numbers, of which 7,300 are currently utilized by existing clients.

Advance Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Severen-Telecom.

The deal value is USD29.8 million.
