Advance Capital is pleased to announce the sale of a 100% stake in Lanck Telecom to Comstar-OTS, a subsidiary of the MTS Group and one of the largest providers of integrated telecommunications services in Russia and the CIS.

Lanck Telecom provides broadband internet access and fixed-line communications services to corporate clients. The company serves more than 1 million square meters of commercial real estate and currently provides services to over 8,000 broadband customers and approximately 5,000 fixed-line subscribers.

Advance Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Lanck Telecom.

The deal value is RUB775 million.
