Advance Capital is pleased to announce the sale of a 100% stake in one of the leading alternative telecommunications operators in Yaroslavl, Tensor Telecom. The buyer was Comstar-OTS, a subsidiary of the MTS Group, the largest provider of integrated telecommunications services in Russia and the CIS.

Tensor Telecom was founded in 2003 and provides broadband internet access, fixed-line telephony and other telecommunications services. The company’s subscriber base exceeds 23 thousand customers, including approximately 22 thousand residential users and 1.1 thousand corporate clients.

Advance Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Tensor Telecom.

The deal value is USD7.1 million.
