Advance Capital is pleased to announce the sale of a 100% stake in Ural Telephone Company, a leading alternative telecommunications operator in the Sverdlovsk Region. The investor was Comstar-OTS, a subsidiary of the MTS Group, the largest provider of integrated telecommunications services in Russia and the CIS.

Advance Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Ural Telephone Company.

The deal value is USD48.5 million.
