Advance Capital is pleased to announce the sale of Sloplast, the leading manufacturer of HPL in Russia, to R-Investments.

Sloplast is the market leader in HPL (High Pressure Laminates) and ready-made HPL interior solutions in Russia. Main applications of HPL produced by the company include interior and exterior decoration of buildings, interiors of public transport such as land, rail, water transport, as well as furniture and other solutions for interior and exterior decoration.

Over the course of its history the plant has completed almost one thousand projects, and in 2023 it produced more than 3 million square meters of HPL.

R-Investments was established in 2022 by Andrey Kryukov with the aim of acquiring and developing assets in various sectors. Andrey Kryukov was CEO of Rossium and was among the members of the subsidiaries’ boards of directors, including CBM and Ingrad.

Advance Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller. Alrud served as the seller's legal advisor. Deal value is not disclosed.
