Advance Capital announces the sale of 100% of Sloplast to R-Investments
Advance Capital is pleased to announce the sale of 100% in Sloplast, a leading Russian manufacturer of HPL plastics. The buyer is the investment holding R-Investments.
Sloplast is a market leader in HPL plastics (High Pressure Laminates) and finished interior solutions based on HPL in Russia. The company’s products are used for interior and exterior building finishes, interiors of public transport (road, rail and water transport), as well as furniture and other interior and exterior applications. Over its history, the plant has delivered nearly 1,000 projects and produced more than 3 million square meters of HPL plastics in 2023.
R-Investments is an investment holding company established in 2022 by Andrey Kryukov to acquire and develop assets across various sectors of the economy. Andrey Kryukov previously headed Rossium Concern and served on the boards of its portfolio companies, including Moscow Credit Bank (MCB) and Ingrad.
