Advance Capital is pleased to announce the completion of the Series C investment round for Borzo (ex-Dostavista), a global delivery platform enabling same day delivery in 10 countries. Investors in this round were Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Mubadala (UAE sovereign wealth fund), as well as the current shareholders – Vostok New Ventures (VNV) and number of other investors.

Funding will be directed toward global expansion and achievement of the company’s long-term goal – becoming one of the leaders in the Asian and Latin American markets.

Advance Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Borzo. Size of this investment round totaled $35 million.
