Advance Capital is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of a 100% stake in Digit One, a major telecommunications operator providing internet access, telephony, television, and data transmission services in Moscow, the Moscow Region, Krasnodar, and Tver. Alma Group acted as the investor.

The deal reflects the recently increased interest of leading market players in the consolidation of fixed-line telecommunications operators.

As part of the deal, representatives of Advance Capital resigned from their positions as Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of Digit One.

Advance Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Digit One.

The deal value is not disclosed.
